domoco will be the first to roll out WCDMA in the world. This is a Royalty paying version. The current system is TDMA they will upgrade, At that point WCDMA and CDMA.1xrt will be 100% Japan. The problem in the article is that Business week tries to imply that DOMOCO is circumventing Q patents. Which I do not believe is true. Its just another diss at Qcom, some old BW.
