Re : shorting GSTRF on (perceived) ridiculous spikes up in price. If you read post # 0 for the big ("blabbermouth") Qualcomm thread (the one with over 61,000 posts now) -- you will see that post # 0 advocated selling short Qualcomm again and again when it had a "ridiculous spike." Guess what ? That technique worked for at least a year or two, and then was the dumbest thing in the world someone could have done with Qualcomm. The risk / reward for shorting GSTRF is similar, I think. Shorts will get unbelievably nailed at some point, but ... it probably will still be a while ... Jon.
