Dinesh, The 10-1 offer indicates a very weak hand. I agree. Anytime a company offers that kind of a deal, it means they couldn't attract the customers with a more profitable deal. Therefore, I assume there's probably no or little net value being added for the customer. Adding value is what attracts customers. I still wonder about a company some day coming up with a solution as powerful as Citrix. If that happens, is there any cost to switching to the new solution, and if so will it likely be a high or low cost? --Mike Buckley
