XSNI did not do a legitimate NASDAQ IPO like most other Internet stocks I follow. Beyond that, I really don't think the details matter very much. BB stock background noise.

Put another way, XSNI is playing AA bush league ball when the major leagues are still looking for expansion clubs. And the people who pay the price are current XSNI shareholders.

XSNI management's declaration that they would file for an IPO "by the fall" last year was the important "misleading" statement.
