Thanks, Jack, that was an interesting article. How do you think vrty will make out this quarter? We're more than half-way through the quarter now. Seems like earnings progress ought to start "leaking out" sometime soon. Haven't seen any indication of that yet, although I thought there was a base building around $6 that didn't hold. Not sure if there's any more near-term bad news looming. Have you seen any recent evidence of insider activity (either buys or sells)? regards, rpm
