CAPT TONY, The Well's deal is huge. J.P. Morgan most likely would have included it if the news came out earlier. With Well's signing, it puts pressure on Chase. In addition, it points out that TransPoint is the only real competition, and everyone knows how they have been struggling. With B1, Well's, and maybe BoA, things are falling into place. Benny
