You're telling me that GPGI, a company that has been working toward this point for how long - 15+ years? - failed to plan to have the correct drying equipment on hand? Come on, the electrowined material comes out of it's tanks sopping wet - what do they use to dry it? THAT didn't seem to stop GPGI before. Perhaps Russel's statement was too superficial - otherwise, how can one explain GPGI's failure to ANTICPATE and PLAN for correct drying equipment for the leachate run?
