Open letter to Ted Valpey, chairman of MWBX; Ted; Your policy of giving dividends is admirable; but in this time and age of expanding economy locally, that policy is denying the stockholders appreciating their holdings. I am suggesting to you to pursue an aggressive expansion program into branching into rich communities and continue to pursue upcoming developers as customers. In addition, market makers should be consulted on this new program, as well as taking advantage of opportunities of merger and acquisitions. You and I have gone on stagnation economy too long.
