Talk Visual Engages National Sales Organization to Market Pagers Through Retail

MIAMI, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jan. 10, 2000--(OTC-BB:TVCP). TALK
VISUAL CORPORATION announced today the signing of a National
Distribution Agreement for deployment of its pager sales programs into
national retail chains. Astron, Inc. of Las Vegas, Nevada was
contracted by Talk Visual to develop the company's retail chain store
sales. Astron has supplied Eckerd's, Sears, Wal-Mart, Target and
others.
Astron's president, Mr. John Rubenstein, will personally direct
the Astron team to launch a national sales program in drug store,
convenience store, supermarket and other domestic retail chain
operations. "We're extremely excited about Talk Visual programs," said
Mr Rubenstein. "The creativity that invented the `beeperforabuck'
program forged this new distribution program. Our organization plans
to nationally distribute an unlimited numbers of pagers for Talk
