IMO Jim,

The pipe is just as important as the content.. And with the merger, I think financing will become easier, if TWTC wants to expand quicker,,Also if the feds make them divest, or something, I think there will be a lot bigger premiun than 55.00 on it.. I'm staying.

BTW, didn't you say 55 was the next stop about a month ago.. Nice call..
