it is difficult to see how Niles can be positive on INTC and not sure on Dell. the two are twins relative to his comments. the selling starts in Dell and keeps arolling; I think they sell what they know not. "Niles sees a solid Q4 and help going forward from post-Y2K PC spending recovery and Windows 2000 product roll-" Solid Q4. post-y2K spending recovery (remember Dell's quarter includes January). Windows 2000 product rollout. this is positive for Intel, neutral for Dell. somewhere we miss the logic.
