Hello Joe-I believe your assessment may be correct, although I don't know if the partner will be AT&T-I sure hope so...GTCI apparently attained the status of a fully reporting company,having filed its Form 10 with the SEC..because, naturally, of the complex agreements and licensing contracts involving the Chinese government (by way of China Telecom), the SEC is taking its time in the review process...hopefully a supplemental Form 8 won't be required, which would delay the removal of the "e" listing for a few more weeks..in any event, the delays in what I hope and believe will be great announcements do not detract from the good hard work the company has done to create a nice investment for loyal shareholders...good luck investing!
