Brad, I was just talking to an old friend of mine who now does financial writing for a national publication. I mentioned DLSC, he brought it up on his screen, and instantly noted that it was incorporated in Utah, a state which he described as "a bug light for con men."

Right now I wouldn't even recommend DLSC as a short. Something is very wrong with the action in that stock, up earlier today about $50M in market cap on just 42K shares traded. Whatever float existed is disappearing. And DLSC really has nothing in fundamentals.
