First of all, I can assure you I am right in my statements about the company and my experience leaves no doubt in my mind where the stock price will wind up. All of the information I've reported is in recent filings by the company. I further assure you I've omitted many other ugly details for the sake of brevity.

As for the others, it's obvious Briefing.com didn't delve at all deeply into the situation. I'll leave the motives of Kaufmann Bros. up to your imagination.
