Today I waited over 40 minutes for my on-line order and called in to inquire, waited another few minutes on-hold before cancelling the order altogether. For anybody else who wants the number to complain to the guys running the Action Direct website, here it is:

Greenline is in town on Wednesday night and I fully intend to see what they are offering.
