Kimble this is one area I must strongly disagree with you on. The fact that Dell owns 14% or 90% of the shares has nothing to do with investor sentiment at a time when there is public caution and he and a lot of other insiders are continuing to sell while allowing that caution to go unanswered. (kinda reminds me of the joke when Pilot, co-pilot and flight engineer were walking down the middle isle inflight with parachutes on back and passengers with death fright in thier eyes!) No joke here!

Just take a look at DIS stock was flat the past 1-1/2_to_2 years but after Isner bought (for the very first time every) -and he has plenty of stock options- stocks up 6+ in 2000 so far.

Insider selling carries a lot of weight and likewise insider buying carries much much more weight in the eyes of investors.
