I agree with your basic thesis, but I have been trimming (and in some cases selling) my genomics holdings during their x00% pops over the last few weeks. I can't speak for all-caps MB, but I do recall his buying INCY under 20 a little while back, so it's likely he's been the beneficiary of the runups, too. Just today, two of my small-cap genomics companies are up 20% and 40% respectively. Biotech is the new internet, I guess. -mb
