I disagree Gerald...it could be a show stopper...even if the odds are low.

MAN is doing every thing right to make sure that the people of Tambo Grande will embrace the project. But until an agreement is signed, who can really tells how it will end. And to my knowledge, no agreement has been signed, yet.

Yes, most of the locals are for the project. Yes the Tambo Grande authority are pro-mining. Yes MAN has earned the respect of the Peruvians.. But we need an agreement before we can call this a done deal.

This being said, I continue to hold MAN because I think they will have a deal.
