Agreed, counting Indirect shares. 314209688 Direct shares =~12.3% plus ~ 48 m Indirect I'm just amazed that any 10% holder gets options at all. When he makes $950 m on these, $95 m is his own 10% (using very rough math), yet he pays taxes like he earned the whole thing!
