This low price worries me too. The tax loss selling season IS over and Acclaim (at under $5) is now technically a "penny stock" and holding. If I remember correctly the tax loss selling rules say that you cannot buy a stock back for at least 30 days. yes, no, maybe? I wonder if any of those who sold are planning to get back in after their 30 days? I hope the news is really good and let's hope that the "sell on news" mentality doesn't take over. Michael
