Because the Nasdaq is bearish and has been bearish since last week of January. All stocks or 80% of all Nasdaq stocks have declined below 50day moving average and worse.. Stocks of companies not showing earnings on records find no buyers..so they simply decline to strong support levels. However there is a chance earnings may develop this qtr 10Q due May 15th. And going forward...revenues from sales are expected to materialize. luis
