Trading below $45 b/c of the uncertainty between now and when the deal closes. It will slowly start to climb towards $45 the closer we get to the end date. The price might go above $45 if it is structured the same way another buyout was recently done. Reference the activity of Unisys buying PulsePoint Communications (PLPT) 6 or so months ago. They stated the buyout price was $6.60 depending on the price of Unisys. $6.60 came and went and the final buy price was like $7.20.

Does anyone see the potential for CNCX stock price to go higher than $45 based on Nextlink's price?
