I believe that releasing critical information about a company at least a week after the deal is done is negligent to the shareholders and inexcusable. No reason for the release not to have gone out the day the deal was done. Once
shareholders tolerate unfair dissemination of information by a company, it opens the door for continued abuse. I have sold all my shares. That is what I am comfortable with, ignorant though I may be. I only invest in companies which deal fairly with all its shareholders. Good luck with your holdings.
