a bit of an arbitrage situation....similar to what pal pointed out in the jdsu/ocli situation. should be low risk, as no reason at the moment would cause the deal to fall apart. instinet trading this am reflected the 1.5 ratio.

aol is in an slight oversold bias, which lessens risk

keep an eye on athm....not touting, but technically extremely oversold....aol/twx gives validity to the importance of broadband to the average american household...
