So, can anyone shed some light as to what this means? If they are withdrawing their filing, does this mean that they were "playing chicken" with the SEC (and with the shareholders!) and have finally decided to turn away and admit it was all a sham? Or could there be another reason? I've never seen an RW filed before, so I honestly don't know. Jape
