There are some big assumptions here. You're saying because insiders have sold they don't believe their words. Poppycock. In each case they've sold for good reasons and they all have truck loads of shares left. Amati went public through a merger 17 months ago. Before this year the stock has hovered in the low single digits. The guys who've sold are nearing their 40s (don't know about the comptroller), have families who've waited years to reap the benefits of their dreams, and know that what they give up by selling at today's prices they'll make up at a later date. The numbers I've heard going out a few years boggle the mind and I refuse to be waylaid by small-minded bystanders who fail to see the bigger picture.

How much fuzz do their navels hold????
