Cambridge Ventures has engaged the consulting services of David MacLaren.
Mr. MacLaren has extensive experience and contacts within the Internet and
e-commerce business sector, gained in part during his tenure with the
commercial finance department of the Bank of Nova Scotia and as president
of DNA Media Inc. Cambridge expects Mr. MacLaren's contribution will both
increase the number of business proposals submitted to the company and aid
in the evaluation of all Internet and e-commerce business proposals
