I'll leave to you the things that Mr. Vizas has done that he promised, but ask you if that included an extraordinary need for cash that has yet to met. And in light of the extraordinary losses and common stock equivalents the company has piled up, I'm wondering how things can stay afloat without more such financings.

When the dust settles, the picture for the shareholder is very problematical whether the stock is 13, 9 or 5. But I'm sure there will be some delighted preferred holders.
