They could start by learning some customer service as well.

The vitriol in the GTW announcement was pretty self evident.

There are always 2 sides in a spat, and i am sure GTW was guilty of under ordering etc.

But Intel management didn't appear to handle this very well.

If you were gonna buy some inter services from somebody is this kind of customer attitude acceptable.
