AOL simply paid to much for this deal. Everybody benefits but AOL shareholders. As some point out your better of selling off AOL to buy Time Warner.
Even all the other media companies are benefiting,Disney FOX etc. all up on the day.
I just sold a third of my core holding and I wish to thank Aol for the small fortune I've made in this stock, but the AOL as I have grown to love is gone. They simply made a bad deal and Steve Case lost control of his company to Ted and the boys.
