I'm no gearhead but I saw the interview too. I thought he was being a bit disingenuous when asked if their CDMA patents will be as lucrative as QCOM's. He said "no". Also, when asked about the lawsuit with ERICY, part of his answer included a general "Well, we have yet to work out use of patents that some other companies have". No mention of QCOM, but I got a bad feeling from the guy. I'd not be an IDC long.
