AOL simply paid to much for this deal??? How can you say all this. The "new" company IS AOL and will trade on the NYSE as AOL. AOL shareholders get 1 for 1 of the NEW AOL. What's bad about that. It will be the bone crusher company that is light years ahead of every other internet/content company on earth. It is the future of global communication. I think at this very moment, there are few, if any, who grasp the magnitude of the event.
