BEAR might be worth looking into and seems to meet your criteria. The stock has languished around $4/share since August. The 3rd quarter is always slow for the company so the lack of movement isn't overly surprising. The company has recently opened a second manufacturing facility which will more than double capacity. Earnings and revenue growth has been real impressive when compared to the year ago periods. Since closing their stores, pursuing internet sales, partnerships, and increased advertising their results have been excellent. IMHO, they will be moving again after the next earnings report. Any thoughts after looking at it are welcome.
