Slider, I have not hacked into your watch list...yet, but I think I'm getting close to gaining more than entry level access (VBG).

As for the refiners, I have not looked into which are the best names to own (ie the SLB, HAL, BHI's). In coming up with my list I was only looking only at the technicals. I would think Penzoil would be a good name, but have done little research.

As for FST, I'm actually playing some of the healthcare issues now with my trading money. Like you I think we could see some weakness in the E&P's, OSX issues short term if gas and oil weaken further. As such I'm starting to diversify out of the patch.

I like HRC, USON and KNDL in the healthcare issues and PDX and OCA on any decent pullback. These issues have been quite beaten down. CNBC is running a segment on the healthcare sector tonight. In addition it looks like congress is going to pass a law that'll increase Medicare spending helping these issues. They were formerly hurt in 97' when the same bill failed to go thru do to the balanced budget act/agreement.

I researched 60+ stocks for a few hours to come up with my prelimary list. I'm still new to this sector though. I did notice most of the 60+ issues were up on 2x normal volume on friday. Money is definately coming back.

Check out the insider buying on HRC along with the volume and technicals of late. If it breaks 6 3/8's it's off to the races again. HMA is similar to HRC, but 3x more expensive.
