content and e-commerce, today announced that it has become the Premier
Provider of Health and Fitness newsletters to MSN's more than 45 million
Hotmail subscribers. As a result of today's announcement, MSN Hotmail
subscribers can receive HealthCentral.com's content and e-commerce Health and
Fitness newsletters delivered directly to their Hotmail inboxes via the
WebCourier e-mail newsletter service. Approximately 84 million newsletters are
delivered to the subscribers weekly. In addition, HealthCentral.com's
newsletters will be marketed throughout MSN via 2 million guaranteed
impressions per month.

HealthCentral.com's weekly newsletters provide up-to-date coverage of
current health topics and feature exclusive, original content from Dr. Dean
Edell, the nation's most widely known physician broadcaster; Joe and Theresa
Graedon of the People's Pharmacy; Covert Bailey, nationally known fitness and
nutrition expert; as well as authoritative information on intriguing health
topics from Best Doctors' 35,000 medical specialists; and lively, often
controversial articles from some of the health industry's top columnists.
Additionally, HealthCentral.com's online pharmacy offers from
www.healthcentralrx.com are also included in the newsletters.
