<<All this puts WSTL in the position I believed it was in '96... quite a roller coaster ride, but funny enough, my initial purchase in '96 was at 9 7/8 - right where we are now, but on the cusp of who knows what.>>

Hi Dave, funny how things turn out. Its now January 2000 and the high valuations in technology are a major factor in investor reluctance. WSTL has been anything but a good investment since '96. I am now in the black having bought during WSTL's years in hell but certainly it hasn't been a technology leader in the investment sense though it does have good technology. What is clear is that WSTL is a stock in an explosive technology field that is undervalued. Partly Castle Creek, and partly its history -- BUT THE TIMES THEY ARE A CHANGING. The landscape has just gone through a major transformation with the AOL/TW deal and BROADBAND in any form is the winner.

Maybe JAN.20th will be the great awakening of the sleeping giant. I'm seeing it that way.

Michael
