This year, a 5:30 PM press release has been LGND's favorite time and of course they know what will be presented tomorrow. If they plan on saying something material tomorrow, I would expect a press release tonight or tomorrow before the open. Of course they could wait until 11:00 AM tomorrow, but if they did so, I would be surprised.
