Beats me... this stock never did make sense. Regarding the withdrawal, the only reason I can think of is that something was wrong with the amended SB-2, as explained here: http://www.sec.gov/edaux/news/edreg99a.htm "Use the correct EDGAR submission type. The staff, upon written request from the registrant, can correct some, but not all, erroneous submission types. Sometimes the registrant must formally withdraw and re-submit the filing. All requests for changes of submission types must be from the filer." As to the panic buying today... all I can think is that somehow the "spin" from the hypseters is that "not filing is a good thing." Regards, LE P.S.
