chris, i think greenspan wants to avoid a decline of any type. a decline isn't good in an election year. unfortunately, i think he has to continue to pump this bubble or it will decline. i'm in 100% cash by this september no matter what. market forces may beat him back and / after the election anything can happen. jmho. it will be interesting.
