I am still debating whether to get on board this one. If the share consolidation happens before news of a reverse takeover, then the price would likely go down pending news. I've seen this happen with countless stocks - generally you are better to sell on the news of a share consolidation and buy back after it happens -- unless there is some compelling news released at the same time.
