Rainmaker Launches eCRM Services for PTC Learning Courses SCOTTS VALLEY, Calif., Jan. 10 /PRNewswire/ -- Rainmaker Systems (Nasdaq: RMKR), a leading provider of web-based Customer Relationship Management (eCRM) services, has inaugurated eSales and eMarketing services for its newest client, Parametric Technology Corporation (PTC) (Nasdaq: PMTC).
