According to the article on Compaq taking over Inacom, it said that it would be smarter for Compaq or any other major PC manufacturer to buy Gateway or Micron Electronics. So there seems to be some believe in the market that these 2 companies are up for sale ! And this is the reason why the price went up more than 11 % today ! Regards, GF.
