Temporary employees KNEW what their wages and benefits would be when they took the job. If they didn't like it, they shouldn't have taken the job in the first place. I used to work for a temporary agency and voluntarily accepted reduced benefits in exchange for greater flexibility in scheduling and hours worked. It was my own choice. What the hell is happening to the concept of personal responsibility in this country? Frivolous litigation is getting out of control. Trial lawyers are feasting on the blood of American business. The judicial branch of government is becoming as rotten as the executive and legislative branches. It's time for some meaningful changes, IMO.
