So everybody should put their money in index funds. Then the index funds must put that money to work buying the stocks in the index, even if those stocks are overvauled...

So when does it come a point when the index is overvalued and you exit your index fund? OR do you just hold for ever hoping that more fools will put more money in the funds driving the valuation of the index even higher???

At some point there must be equilbreium and the indexes must come back to fare valuation to attract new money.

Indexes can not continue to outpace earnings like they have, they must come back into balance or WE will all PAY for FOOLISH investors.
