Two ancient lawsuits resurrected in the news at this point in time!? If I was paranoid, and I am, I would say somebody big with influence in the media is trying to keep the 3Com/Palm price down, presumably in order to buy it themselves cheap. Keep an eye on price dips and volume for the next few days? - Dway
