Jon If Datek weren't in the free quote business, you and a few others would be sharing 6 servers all by yourselves. Actually you and a few others would be looking for a new broker because Datek wouldn't have enough customers to stay in business. I personally want and use the free quote service, and I am sure most datek investors do also. What should be done is quote servers seperate from the orders servers combined on one page on our screen, either with frames, or just linking buttons. A request for a quote does not have to be routed to the same server that the order is routed to. In fact the user yourself or myself has no real need to even see what server we are routed to except possibly in the case of orders7 the express server. The advantage of haveing each user on only one server is that it balances the load, which is not necessarily an advantage.
