In late 1992, I drove my car (non-stop) (except for gas) from Los Angeles to Houston (with a friend helping me with the driving). Then, after a VERY good night's sleep, I proceeded to drive the car from Houston to Naples FL (about 19 hours, for the TX to FL part). If I ever do something like this again (probably too dangerous -- since I have been sleep-deprived ever since discovering Silicon Investor) ... Does anyone (and I mean YOU -- Mr. David Baker) have any idea what a relief it would be to know I had a Globalstar phone with me ? (Synopsis for the hard of thinking : How many people in the U.S. drive cars ?) Jon.
