Al, you say that people don't listen that close! It seems to me that you are under estimating the investors that do buy because of the research that they do. You give me the feeling that you would rather hear an exciting story for the stock to rise as fast as QCOM in increments of 20, 40, 60 points a day. I'm sure we would all like to see this, but I, on the other hand do not mind being in a stock that go's up on it's own merits (technology) , makes for a stronger investment to me. Now on the other hand if your just day trading the stock, I can understand what your saying. I believe that there is much more to this company than just a patent or two. The technology looks great, will it be a competitive company? Only time will tell. I guess that's what makes investing in "technolog's" so rewarding, with a great amount of risk. I am long this stock (IDC) and hope to profit by it. I know this was aimed at Debra, but just wanted to add my bit for what it's worth. I'm sure she will have something to say being the intelligent investor that I have noticed on other threads. Rg
