Jim - If Steve Case was kept as CEO I wouldn't have been so drastic but he not only sold to cheap but he gave up control of his company. Who does the CEO report to? The Board of Directors. Who is the head of the BoD? The Chairman of the Board. Who is the Chairman of the Board? Steve Case! Where did he give up control? Ritch
