DSL is the future!
AOL uses DSL, just go to their web site and search AOL DSL.
Cable, at least with todays technologies, is very limited when compared to DSL. THe more people hooked up the slower you get. IMO this deal is about content. AOL has the "eyes" and wants to keep them from surfing around, Time/Warner has content but wants eyes to see it. Perfect deal for both. Watch Yahoo to hook up with one of the large media companies also. Of coarse AOL just got cable access, and you can bet they plan to flood that arena also. But getting back to DSL, sooner or later when Broadband programing starts to hit, and people see the compared speed of DSL and its availability, NPNT will have a great position to provide that access.
